Ongoing support

After your site has been built, that’s not the end of our relationship.  We provide you with 12 months of technical support, including site backups and upgrades, questions, tutorials and much more. 

But after that 12 months, what is there?  Are you left on your own?  Many people are happy to go it alone after the first year, and just keep their hosting and domain registration with the organisation or person who built their site, but others would rather be sure they have an expert on hand who knows more about website maintenance than they do, looking after their website.

For a small annual fee, we will provide you with ongoing technical support for your website, which includes another 12 months of hosting, domain renewal and of course, site backups and upgrades.  You will always have someone there to help you out when you need it.
